Privacy policy.
This policy explains how data is handled on onmichat.com. It does not cover ONMI installations hosted by each client on their own domain: in those cases, the client is responsible for their team's data.
1. Who is responsible
ONMI is a product of Dachi Studio, operated by Mauro Alejandro Hernández Santiago. Contact: mauro@onmichat.com · WhatsApp.
2. What data we process
- Contact form: name, email, company and message, so we can reply.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (ID
G-HY4BT7RK1P) with anonymized IP. It measures page views and events such as downloads, contact, language switch or calculator use. - Server and CDN logs: IP, date, user agent and requested resource, for security and availability.
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
3. Why we use it
- Reply to requests and schedule calls.
- Understand which pages and downloads are useful to improve the site.
- Keep the service secure and available.
4. Legal basis and consent
Analytics only runs if you accept the cookie notice. You can decline and the site works the same. Security logs rely on the legitimate interest of keeping the service available.

6. Who we share it with
Google LLC (Analytics) and the hosting/CDN provider may process data outside Mexico under contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
7. Retention
Contact data is kept as long as needed to handle the conversation. Analytics is kept for up to 14 months. Server logs follow the hosting provider's policy.
8. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, cancellation or objection, and withdraw your consent, by writing to mauro@onmichat.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Any change will be published on this page with its update date.
